Get Fit Quick: Getting in Shape Safely and Effectively

BACKtoGOLF offers a six-week Get Fit Quick program that helps you, in just two hours, a week, achieve the following goals:

  • Get into prime condition
  • Manage your weight
  • Improve your diet

The program features twelve, one-hour group sessions with fast-paced, whole-body circuit training, using a variety of equipment — from medicine balls to cable machines — to increase your strength, flexibility and coordination. All of the circuit training takes place within BACKtoGOLF's fully equipped, on-site fitness center under the direction of one of our highly trained staff members.
Two individual consultations with a licensed nutritionist to help you meet your personal nutritional goals, from losing weight to increasing muscle

Get Fit Quick is offered at two different times for your convenience:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays, from 6 to 7 a.m.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6 to 7 p.m.
